SetFirst è sviluppata da Simone Mazzer (Terracina, Italia). Scaricando o usando l'app accetti queste condizioni, che si aggiungono al Contratto di licenza standard per l'utente finale di Apple (EULA). In caso di conflitto prevale l'EULA di Apple.
1. Uno strumento di aiuto per professionisti
SetFirst è pensata per operatori, programmatori e tecnici d'officina. Calcoli, parametri di taglio, tabelle laser, tempi, pesi, preventivi, simulazioni e programmi generati sono indicativi e servono come punto di partenza.
2. Verifiche e sicurezza
Prima di usare un programma o un parametro in macchina devi verificarlo: simulazione, singolo blocco o avanzamento ridotto, origini, correttori, ingombri, staffaggi e limiti indicati dal costruttore della macchina e degli utensili. La simulazione non vede morse, staffe e mandrino. Le indicazioni sugli allarmi sono generali: segui sempre il manuale del costruttore. La responsabilità dell'uso in macchina resta all'utente e all'operatore qualificato.
3. Preventivi e documenti
I preventivi e i documenti creati con SetFirst sono dell'utente, che li controlla e li invia a proprio nome. SetFirst non è parte dei contratti tra l'utente e i suoi clienti.
4. Abbonamenti SetFirst Pro
- Alcune funzioni richiedono un abbonamento SetFirst Pro (Asportazione, Laser e lamiera o Tutto incluso), mensile o annuale, venduto da Apple.
- Il pagamento è addebitato sul tuo Apple ID alla conferma dell'acquisto o, se c'è una prova gratuita, alla fine della prova.
- L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente con la stessa durata e allo stesso prezzo, salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della scadenza. Il rinnovo è addebitato nelle 24 ore precedenti la scadenza.
- Puoi gestire o disdire l'abbonamento in Impostazioni › il tuo nome › Abbonamenti. La disdetta vale dal periodo successivo; il periodo già pagato resta attivo.
- La prova gratuita di 1 mese vale per chi si abbona per la prima volta. Se compri un abbonamento durante la prova, la parte di prova non usata decade.
- Prezzi di lancio: il prezzo annuale di lancio resta valido finché l'abbonamento non viene interrotto.
- I rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple secondo le sue regole.
5. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, SetFirst è fornita «così com'è», senza garanzia che i risultati siano esatti o adatti a uno scopo specifico. Lo sviluppatore non risponde di danni a macchine, utensili, pezzi o persone, né di perdite economiche, derivanti dall'uso dei risultati dell'app senza le verifiche indicate al punto 2. Restano salvi i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.
6. Modifiche
Queste condizioni possono essere aggiornate; la data in alto indica l'ultima versione. Per domande scrivi a simone.mazzer@yahoo.it.

SetFirst is developed by Simone Mazzer (Terracina, Italy). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms, which supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If they conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.
1. A tool for professionals
SetFirst is designed for machine operators, programmers and workshop technicians. Calculations, cutting data, laser tables, times, weights, quotes, simulations and generated programs are indicative and are meant as a starting point.
2. Checks and safety
Before using a program or a parameter on a machine you must check it: simulation, single block or reduced feed, work offsets, tool offsets, clearances, fixturing and the limits stated by the machine and tool manufacturers. The simulation does not see vises, clamps or chucks. Alarm guidance is general: always follow the manufacturer's manual. Responsibility for use on the machine remains with the user and the qualified operator.
3. Quotes and documents
Quotes and documents created with SetFirst belong to the user, who checks them and sends them in their own name. SetFirst is not a party to contracts between the user and their customers.
4. SetFirst Pro subscriptions
- Some features require a SetFirst Pro subscription (Machining, Laser & sheet metal or All-inclusive), monthly or yearly, sold by Apple.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or, if there is a free trial, when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect from the next period; the period already paid stays active.
- The 1-month free trial applies to first-time subscribers. If you buy a subscription during the trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
- Launch prices: the yearly launch price remains valid as long as the subscription is not interrupted.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SetFirst is provided "as is", without warranty that results are accurate or fit for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for damage to machines, tools, parts or people, or for financial loss, arising from using the app's results without the checks described in section 2. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Changes
