Chi è il titolare

Quali dati trattiamo

• Dati che inserisci nell’app: dati della barca, lavori, fornitori, spese, scadenze, equipaggio, foto e documenti. Se non usi la condivisione restano solo sul tuo telefono.
• Account (solo se condividi una barca o entri con un codice invito): email e password. La password è conservata cifrata.
• Barca condivisa: i dati della barca vengono salvati sul nostro server per sincronizzarli tra le persone che hai invitato. Ognuno vede solo quello che il suo ruolo permette; i fornitori vedono solo le proprie commesse.
• Abbonamenti: il pagamento è gestito interamente da Apple. Non riceviamo i dati della tua carta.
• Assistente IA (solo quando lo usi): il testo che scrivi o detti, le foto e i documenti che alleghi per l’assistente (scontrini, targhette, polizze, fatture, manuali) e i dati della barca necessari per rispondere vengono inviati ad Anthropic, che li elabora per conto nostro per preparare la risposta. Per alcune domande l’assistente fa una ricerca sul web: le parole cercate sul web sono quelle della domanda (es. il modello del motore), non i tuoi dati personali o le spese. Non vengono usati per addestrare modelli di intelligenza artificiale. Per i limiti giornalieri e mensili conserviamo solo il numero di richieste e il loro costo, legati al tuo account o a un codice anonimo del dispositivo.
• Richieste di nuove funzioni (se ne invii una): il testo, la lingua, il piano e la versione dell’app; l’email solo se hai un account.

Non usiamo pubblicità, non vendiamo dati e non usiamo strumenti di tracciamento.

Perché li trattiamo

Per fornirti il servizio che hai chiesto (gestione della barca e condivisione con le persone che inviti). Non usiamo i dati per altri scopi e non li cediamo a terzi, salvo i fornitori tecnici indicati qui sotto.

Dove sono i dati

Il server è fornito da Supabase, con dati conservati nell’Unione Europea (Francoforte, Germania). Le richieste all’assistente IA sono elaborate da Anthropic (Stati Uniti), con le garanzie previste per il trasferimento dei dati fuori dall’UE.

Per quanto tempo

Finché usi l’app. Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento da Altro › Account e condivisione › Elimina l’account: account e accessi vengono cancellati subito; le barche di cui sei armatore vengono eliminate dal server.

I tuoi diritti

Abbonamenti: si applicano le condizioni d’uso standard di Apple (EULA). Il rinnovo si gestisce e si disdice dalle impostazioni dell’account Apple.

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione e portabilità dei dati scrivendo al contatto sopra. Puoi rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Who we are

HullHub is developed by Simone Mazzer (Terracina, Italy). Contact: simone.mazzer@yahoo.it.

What data we process

• Data you enter: boat details, jobs, suppliers, expenses, deadlines, crew, photos and documents. If you don’t share a boat, it stays on your phone only.
• Account (only if you share a boat or join with an invite code): email and password, stored encrypted.
• Shared boat: boat data is stored on our server to sync it between the people you invite. Each person only sees what their role allows; suppliers only see their own jobs.
• Subscriptions: payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never receive your card details.
• AI assistant (only when you use it): the text you type or dictate, the photos and documents you attach for the assistant (receipts, data plates, policies, invoices, manuals) and the boat data needed to answer are sent to Anthropic, which processes them on our behalf to prepare the answer. For some questions the assistant runs a web search: the search uses the terms of the question (e.g. the engine model), not your personal data or expenses. They are not used to train AI models. For the daily and monthly limits we only keep the number of requests and their cost, linked to your account or to an anonymous device code.
• Feature requests (if you send one): the text, language, plan and app version; your email only if you have an account.

No advertising, no data selling, no tracking.

Why we process it

To provide the service you asked for (managing your boat and sharing it with the people you invite). We do not use the data for anything else and do not pass it on to third parties, except the technical providers listed below.

Where data is stored

Our server is provided by Supabase, with data stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). AI assistant requests are processed by Anthropic (United States), with the safeguards required for data transfers outside the EU.

Retention and deletion

As long as you use the app. You can delete your account at any time in More › Account and sharing › Delete account: your account and access are deleted immediately, and the boats you own are deleted from the server.

Your rights

Subscriptions are governed by Apple’s standard Terms of Use (EULA). You can manage or cancel renewal in your Apple account settings.
